Our Albany Apartment Complex Has a Pool

Whether you seek a reprieve from the summer heat or a place to swim laps close to home in Albany, NY, an apartment complex with a pool is a dream for many renters and families. For residents at the Albany Lofts, leasing an apartment with a pool is more than just a wish list item, it’s a reality. In fact, our private outdoor pool is one of the most coveted amenities at the Albany Lofts.

Open seasonally, 7 days a week from 9:00am to 9:00pm, the Albany Lofts pool includes plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella-shaded tables and chairs. Residents may access the pool using their key fob during normal hours of operation, and bathroom facilities and an emergency telephone are available in the clubhouse.

Since there is no lifeguard on duty at the apartment pool, we do ask that at least two adults over the age of 18 are present when the swimming pool is in use, and all children under the age of 16 are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. For everyone’s safety, pets are not permitted in the pool area, however, apartment tenants are allowed to bring up to two non-resident guests.

Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations at our Albany Apartment Complex

• Pool hours: Sunday-Saturday, 9:00am – 9:00pm. Swimming is prohibited at all other times.
• Pollution of swimming pool prohibited: Expectorating (spitting) or nose blowing while in swimming pool is prohibited.
• Glass containers or sharp objects are prohibited in swimming pool and all deck areas.
• Two or more adults, 18 years of age or older, must be present at the pool, when the bathing facility is in use, with at least one adult on the pool deck.
• Persons less than 16 years of age must at all times be accompanied by an adult responsible for their safety and behavior while at the bathing facility.
• Diving is prohibited.
• No running allowed within fenced in pool area.
• Emergency telephone is available at the clubhouse kitchen bar.
• Smoking shall NOT be permitted in the pool area. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas.
• All guests must be accompanied by the leasing tenant at all times
• Limit of two (2) guests per tenant.
• Pets are not permitted inside the swimming pool area.
• The Albany Lofts at One Broadway is not responsible for any item left behind.
