Our cat friendly Albany apartments offer spacious floor plans, perfect for playful kitties, and plenty of privacy for felines who tend to be a bit skittish.
If you decide that the Albany Lofts is a good fit for you and your family, or you are a current resident planning to acquire a cat, you must register your pet(s) with the management office. There is a one-time pet fee of $250, plus a monthly fee of $25 per cat.

Only domesticated and litter box trained cats
• Two cats maximum per apartment
• No kittens under the age of 6 months
• All cats must be registered
• All cats must comply with current animal restrictions for the community
• All cats must have flea control and yearly vaccinations
