Pet Friendly Apartments in Albany, NY
Your entire family is welcome here at the Albany Lofts at One Broadway! Yes, we mean your pets too! We are a pet friendly apartment complex in Albany, NY – fully equipped for pets of any kind. Well, almost any kind. We are pleased to accept dogs and cats as well as the following less traditional pets:
Turtles- Non poisonous frogs
- Domestic hamsters
- Hermit crabs
- Gerbils
- Domesticated birds
- Domestic fish
TurtlesOnly domesticated, housebroken pets will be allowed. Pets of vicious or aggressive disposition deemed by the property manager to be potentially harmful to the health and safety of others are prohibited. Tenant warrants that the pet(s) do not have a history of physical harm to persona, other animals or property. Following a few guidelines ensures that we can continue to offer this amenity to our tenants.
We do expect that residents in our pet friendly Albany apartments abide by the following conditions:
- Two pets maximum per apartment
- Fish tanks are not to exceed 20 gallons
- No kittens or puppies under the age of 6 months
- All pets must be registered
- All pets must be up to date on shots
- All pets comply with current animal restrictions for the community
- Flea control and yearly vaccinations
There are pet fees that apply to residents – $500 for dog(s), $250 for cat(s) plus a monthly fee of $40 per dog and $25 per cat. In addition to those fees, owners are held responsible for any damages to the apartment or common areas of the complex. If you desire to acquire a new pet, you must apply in writing at the management office for approval.
